Grant began his professional career in the technology sector, honing his skills in consulting and delivering innovative solutions to a diverse range of businesses in Nashville, TN.
In 2009, he made a strategic transition to the real estate industry, showcasing his versatility as a property manager in a rapidly expanding multi-family company that extended across the state of Kentucky. Recognized for his capabilities, Grant assumed the role of Vice President. As a project manager, he played a pivotal role in steering both existing and new real estate developments to success.
In 2015, Grant partnered with a group in Washington, D.C., to establish an insurance business in Lexington, KY. After several successful years, an opportunity arose and led to the eventual sale of the joint venture, marking his return to commercial real estate.
Currently serving as an asset manager in the downtown portfolio of The Webb Companies, Grant brings a wealth of experience to his role.
A proud alum of Belmont University, Grant holds a B.A. in commercial music. Despite his extensive professional journey, he remains deeply connected to his roots, residing in Lexington—the city where he was born and raised, following in the footsteps of two generations of his family.
